i black tape the collar on to the bolt (to save the collar after the pin shears) and buy a similar bolt in a local hardware store. don't have to pay high price for the shear pin and collar

Went to 3 local stores without any luck after being sold the wrong item. No one in town had this part. We have had a very snowy winter so far and it's far from over. The snow blower has to be available to get us to work. Ordered from Amazon and had the item within 48 hours. Bought 2 - one for back-up.
