It has been four years since I got this thrower. It can heave the heaviest snow/slop quite a way. It is all the machine that I need. Going in reverse is so slow that I just drag the machine backwards most of the time. The forward speed is easy to set for different snow conditions. There is barely moving to too fast for me to walk. The remote chute control is ok, I would prefer a rotating crank instead of a side to side lever. The control works fine though.
The manual tells you to use 5 W 30 oil. It also states that the enging will consume multi weight oil. Check the oil often !
