I bought this shovel and found it has no D handle. I assumed the Arctic Grip Handle was a D handle. The picture of the product does not show the end of the handle. I have been in the snow removal business for over 20 years and would not recommend a snow shovel that does not have a D handle. The Garant Grizzly 26" is a great shovel. It has a D handle and is stained ash instead of lacquered ash, found on the Yukon. If used commercially, over time the lacquer tends to start flaking and can be hard on your hands.

Im 50 years old and have been shoveling snow for the last 40 years. This is the worst shovel ever. Snow sticks to it like glue. It could be 40 below for a week and you could leave this shovel outside and the snow still sticks to it. I will say its durable because you have to keep hitting it against trees to clear the snow off it. If i could return it i would.
